Briggs 10 Restoration & Construction Ltd. is a small, local, family-owned business. Joel & Terra Briggs opened this business together with the vision of making peoples’ dreams come true. We are committed to working very closely with our customers and keeping the lines of communication open. It is very important to us to understand our customers’ wishes and for our customers to be happy with the entire process. You will always be able to speak directly to one of us at any time as we stay very involved with every single job we do. We believe the only way to create the best results, is for us to continue being active and involved in our business while working directly with our customers. We always answer our customers within 24 hours or less. Our tradesmen are highly skilled and like family to us; we believe that happy tradesmen whom are taken care of by our company, will always be the best guys for the job!
We carry WCB for all of our tradesmen and we are fully insured and bonded. We hold $5 million in liability insurance, but we have never had a claim. We strive to continue with our record of no claims, but we also believe it’s better to be over-prepared incase of an incident.
We keep the process as simple and easy as we can for our customers; we are able to remotely quote most jobs from the plans and/or pictures. Most quotes are available within 24 hours.
